[Your Name (First&Last)] [Your Address] [City, Province, Postal Code] [Email Address] [Date] Subject: Urgent Call for Transparency and Action on the Sky Canada Project and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Dear Dr. Mona Nemer, Chief Science Advisor of Canada, to Whom It Shall Concern, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the apparent lack of progress, communication, and serious intent concerning the Sky Canada Project. Initiated in the fall of 2022, this project aimed to study how Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) reports from the public are managed in Canada and to recommend improvements, with a public report initially anticipated by late Fall 2024. This window has now come and gone. There has been no public release of the report, nor any official communication addressing the delay or providing a revised timeline. This silence is deeply troubling, considering the already growing public distrust concerning the Governments inability to take this issue seriously, or be forthright with their stated intentions instead of sertting a date and just hoping Canadians forget. Well, we haven’t. We, the public, only have increasing concerns as our inquiries go unanswered, especially at a time of increasing number of UAP sightings and incidents both within Canada and in neighboring regions. In recent weeks, there have been numerous reports of mysterious drones over New Jersey, causing public alarm and raising questions about airspace security. Similarly, Canada has experienced its own share of unexplained aerial activities, including the object shot down over Lake Huron in February 2023, which still remains mostly unexplained. These incidents underscore the importance of the Sky Canada Project's objectives: to enhance transparency, improve data collection and analysis, and ensure the safety and security of our airspace. The lack of communication regarding the project's status not only undermines public trust but also hampers our collective ability to address potential threats effectively. Everyday Canadians take the issue of UAPs seriously for several reasons: - Public Safety: Unidentified objects in our airspace pose potential risks to civilian and military aviation. Without proper identification and understanding, these phenomena could lead to accidents or unintended escalations. - National Security: Unexplained aerial activities could represent foreign surveillance or unauthorized incursions into Canadian territory, challenging our sovereignty and security. - Scientific Inquiry: As a nation that values scientific exploration and understanding, it is imperative that we approach UAPs with a rigorous, transparent, and open-minded investigation to uncover the truths behind these phenomena. In light of these concerns, I urge your office to: 1. Provide an Immediate Update: Offer a clear and detailed explanation for the delay in the Sky Canada Project's report and establish a new, concrete timeline for its release. 2. Enhance Transparency: Commit to regular public communications regarding the project's progress and any preliminary findings that can be shared without compromising sensitive information. 3. Engage with the Public: Facilitate forums or platforms where Canadians can report sightings, ask questions, and receive informed responses, thereby fostering a collaborative approach to understanding UAPs. The timely completion and dissemination of the Sky Canada Project's findings are crucial steps toward addressing the legitimate concerns of Canadians. I trust that your office will act with the urgency and transparency that this matter demands. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, [Your Name] [Email] Canadians For Complete Disclosure
