1973: The Pascagoula Abduction
The Pascagoula Abduction involved two men, Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker, who alleged they were taken by strange beings while fishing in Mississippi. Their account attracted considerable media attention.

1975: The Travis Walton Abduction
In Arizona, the Travis Walton Abduction became one of the most renowned alien abduction cases. Walton claimed to have been taken aboard a UFO, returning five days later. His experience inspired the film “Fire in the Sky.”

1976: The Tehran UFO Incident
The Tehran UFO Incident took place in Iran, where two Iranian Air Force F-4 Phantom II jet interceptors attempted to engage a UFO. The pilots reported equipment malfunctions as they got closer to the object.

1977: The Colares Phenomenon: Over several months, residents reported numerous sightings of mysterious lights and unidentified flying objects. Many witnesses described strange, glowing objects that performed unusual maneuvers. Some locals experienced physical symptoms, including burns and strange markings on their bodies, which they attributed to encounters with these objects. There were reports of livestock being harmed as well. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) took the reports seriously and launched an investigation, known as Operation Prato. Military personnel were dispatched to the area to gather information and witness accounts. The Military has video evidence the public has not been shown to this day.

1978: The Frederick Valentich Disappearance
The Frederick Valentich Disappearance in Australia involved a pilot who reported being pursued by a UFO before vanishing without a trace. His aircraft was never located, and the case remains unresolved.
